Elizabeth J. Crandon, O.D., FCOVD, often works with patients with visual difficulties. Her compassionate and positive approach helps those with visual dysfunction improve their vision. She and Dr. Brent have served residents in downtown Lawrence at their practice since 1989. She is one of only six optometrists in Kansas with board certification in developmental vision and vision therapy.
Dr. Brent Crandon, O.D., provides care and attention to vision patients. He offers vision services on historic Mass Street and goes abroad with his humanitarian efforts to improve the vision of those with limited access to eye care or eyewear. Both Elizabeth and Brent Crandon are members of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Kansas Optometric Association (KOA). Patients can donate gently used glasses to help others see better as part of a future VOSH trip. The Crandons are dedicated to helping their community. Outside of their practice, they donate their time and provide discounted glasses to Centro Hispano, Health Care Access and the Salvation Army, as well as contributing to local charities and events and being active members of St. John’s Church.
